If you’re not expecting a visit from a PNG representative and a person knocks on your door claiming to be with PNG, ask to see their ID. Our vehicles are also branded with our logo.
We will never visit your home or business asking to see your furnace, other appliances or your bill. We also don’t perform unscheduled inspections on equipment inside a home or business.
We will come and read a meter or install an AMR (link to project page https://png.arrdev.ca/projects/amr/ ) upgrade but we will leave a door tag and will not ask to come inside.
