PNG is Responding to Highway 37 Truck Rollover

Terrace, October 3, 2024, 3 pm

At approximately 12:45 pm today, Pacific Northern Gas Ltd. (PNG) became aware of the logging truck rollover on Highway 37 impacting operations at Mount Layton Hot Springs Station, approximately 40 kilometres upstream of Kitimat.

PNG’s top priority is the safety of the community, our people and the environment. The company immediately activated its Emergency Response Plan, and is currently assessing the situation.
